By filling out the giveaway entry form, entrants accept and agree to the Official Rules and the decisions of Andy's Legendary Pizza regarding any aspect of the Giveaway, which shall be final and binding in all respects; and release, discharge, and hold harmless, Andy's Legendary Pizza and, their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees, including their promotional agencies, from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation in the Giveaway and the acceptance or use, misuse, or possession of any prize. By accepting the prize, winners agree to Andy's Legendary Pizza’s and its designees’ use of their names and/or photograph for advertising and publicity purposes without compensation. By entering the Giveaway, entrants consent to Andy’s Legendary Pizza's collection, use and disclosure of the entrant’s personal information provided on the Entry Form for the administration of the Giveaway. Andy's Legendary Pizza will not otherwise sell or disclose entrants’ personal information.

Andy's Legendary Pizza will attempt to contact the selected entrant via phone or email for approximately one (1) week following the draw. If the Company is unable to contact the selected entrant within that time frame, the submission will be rendered null and void and another selected entrant will be chosen.
